A registered dietitian, who is also a certified health coach, will assist you on a food or nutrition-related issue. This includes providing up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition information to help you create long-term healthy eating habits. Your coaching program gives you access to:

  • A three-day food diary review
  • Goal setting
  • Nutrition education
  • 12 Weeks to Wellness Workbook 

We take the time to listen to you and understand where you are right now to work with you to help achieve your goals.
