Currently, the 12 Weeks to Wellness team is looking for a client success manager. This is a part time, remote contract position that will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients, and ensuring 12 Weeks to Wellness constantly exceeds client expectations. The Client Success Manager will:

  • Professionally represent 12 Weeks by answering inbound emails and calls from clients in a timely manner
  • Provide support in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escalate issues according to required escalation processes
  • Operate with the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, privacy, ethics, and discretion
  • Constantly evaluate and analyze client needs and ensure we are meeting them
  • Resolve conflict with professionalism and empathy
  • Be self-directed and motivated
  • Work well under pressure and demonstrate a sense of urgency and accountability in time sensitive situations
  • Be self-aware and open to performance feedback
  • Contribute to a supportive, and inclusive environment
  • Continuously provide feedback to manager to help improve client experience 
  • Follow mandatory Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Act as back-up to client intake coordinator when needed

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous customer service experience required
  • French and English required
  • Tier-1 support experience would be an asset
  • Management experience an asset

Technical requirements

  • Word
  • Google docs/sheets
  • Excel 
  • Freshworks (asset) 
  • Basic understanding IT systems (word press, joomla or similar)
  • Survey monkey

Non -Technical Requirements:

  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work within a team as well as independently
  • Passionate about helping others


Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory. Applicants must be able to converse and write in both French and English in a professional capacity.

Bilingual Dietitian

12 Weeks to Wellness is looking to add a bilingual registered dietitian to their national coaching team. This position will be an on-call, back-up position to support coverage needs for the 12 Weeks' nutrition coaching program. The dietitian will work flexible hours and will be working closely with our dynamic and supportive team. We are looking specifically for a dietitian who wants to work remotely and has a background in sports nutrition and possibly eating disorders to work with our team in order to diversify and support a wider range of clients.


  • Attend 12 Weeks internal training and mentorship calls
  • Engage with the 12 Weeks team and stay up to date on current events with the company
  • Connect with coaching clients in a timely manner
  • Provide telephonic and virtual coaching according to the 12 Weeks ethics guide
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must have a nutrition degree from an accredited program with current registration
  • Must have current professional liability insurance
  • Must have relevant sports nutrition and/or eating disorder experience
  • Bilingual (French/English), Punjabi or other language an asset
  • Coaching background an asset
