I have always been a little overweight and prone to laziness and loved fast food.....not a good combination! After signing up to the 12 weeks to wellness I was motivated to change for the good, my health and for my kids. I have cut out all fast food, pop and 'snack food'. I have started following my coach's ideas for eating and snacking healthier. More importantly I have started getting active. I have lost 9 pounds, I do not seem to have ANY cravings and I enjoy cooking much more with fresh food that I thought I would! I look forward to getting my family more involved and doing more active things with my husband and kids on a daily basis! Thank you for the help!!
12 Weeks to Wellness Program structure offered me the opportunity to be realistic in my goal setting for increased health and wellness. I was able to set reasonable, measurable, and attainable goals. And while the 12 week program has completed, and a measure of success has been attained, the habits formed during the program are now ingrained such that I am able to maintain the new habits. And if/when I slip, for whatever reason I have the tools to get back on track and the confidence that I can do it! Very grateful to my employer for making this program available.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone who would like to get off the diet roller coaster.

My coach was caring and understanding. Gave lots of recipes and I knew she was there should I need help along the way.
My coach was great. She helped me set small but manageable goals and gave me lots of info and ideas on how to achieve them. The follow up calls were great too because it held me be accountable, she was able to provide feedback on what I still needed to work and she helped me set up following goals. I highly recommend this program!
The Coach's ability to hone in on the root of my problem was extremely helpful for me. She quickly provided me with some tools to help me change my behaviour and in turn, people around me changed their behaviour toward me.
My coach was exceptionally knowledgeable about diet, exercise, helping me to identify the triggers/emotions that get in the way of me improving my eating and exercise behaviours and my general outlook on life.
The 12 Weeks Program really helped me make a sustainable change in managing my stress levels and staying on track with my exercise routine. I am very glad I completed this program.
